What are Non-Domestic Business Rates?

Non Domestic Business Rates (NDBR) are the means by which businesses and others who occupy non-domestic property make a contribution to the cost of local services. The majority of Tenants will be eligible for Small Business Rate Relief which will be arranged by the Newark and Sherwood District Council.
