Whether you're hosting a client meeting, training session, interview, workshop or conference, Newark Beacon offers a range of professional meeting and conference spaces designed to help every event run smoothly.
With three meeting spaces available to hire, including Cafferata, Gresham and a smaller meeting room, we can accommodate a variety of business and community events. Rooms can be hired by the hour, half day or full day, and you don't need to be a Newark Beacon tenant to use our facilities.
Conveniently located on the edge of Newark with excellent road and rail links, our meeting facilities provide a welcoming and accessible venue for businesses, organisations and community groups.

Meeting room options
Rooms can be booked by the hour, for a half day (8:45am to 12:30pm or 1pm to 4:45pm) or for a full day (8:45am to 4:45pm) Monday to Friday.
Access from 8:00am is available upon request. Please contact us for more details.

Our team regularly use Newark Beacon for our off-site meetings, and it consistently delivers a first-class experience. The meeting rooms are modern and spacious, and the AV equipment is set up and ready to go. Additionally, the onsite catering is excellent, offering a great variety of fresh food and a continuous supply of coffee and tea.
What truly sets this venue apart is the staff. They are incredibly professional, welcoming, and always on hand to help. The location is also highly convenient and ample parking for our team, we will definitely continue to host our events here!
