Conferencing & Meeting Spaces
We have three meeting spaces varying in sizes, Cafferata, Gresham and Friary that can be hired by the half or full day and you don’t have to be an occupier of Newark Beacon to take advantage of these facilities! To give you an idea of costs, to hire Cafferata for a day costs £220, whilst Gresham and Friary can be hired at hourly rates for £21.00.
Cafferata & Friary are air conditioned with new AV equipment. Our newest meeting space, Gresham also has new AV equipment, just plug and go! There are break-out areas and on-site catering which can be provided to help your event or meeting run smoothly. You can be assured of great facilities for your meetings and conferences for up to 70 people (depending on layout).
At the heart of Newark Beacon is the café where you can relax, socialise with colleagues & fellow occupiers With internal & external seating you can take the opportunity to have informal meetings and to network with others.
The Café has a 5* Food Hygiene Rating so you can be sure that the food is professionally prepared. From coffee to cakes, baguettes to bolognaise, our menu has something for everyone. Take a look at our specials board and don’t miss our fantastic meal deals, just £3.60 which includes either a baguette, wrap or sandwich, a bag of crisps & cold drink. We have a new coffee machine to create your special coffee and we serve speciality teas.
